Jezsport.com offers returns on most merchandise for U.S. customers within 30 days of the delivery date.

If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Step 1: Contact customer service on +1 (619) 567 7986 or email: [email protected] to provide information that consists of (1) reason for returning and (2) your order number.
Step 2: You will receiving a returns form (inc. a returns code) via your email to complete, then print your return label and package the item(s) along with all original packaging & accessories and deliver to this location: 444 Alaska Ave, Torrance, CA 90503, USA.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tag must be attached. Please don’t forget every return must show complete picture of the conditions (brand new) and folded the clothes accordingly, and show clothing tag, barcode & ziplock bag intact.

All requests for exchanges and returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item. After the 30 days have elapsed, you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit
To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be:

  • damaged, defective or significant difference (include wrong color, wrong size, visible defected print)
  • unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

We don’t accept returns in case the buyer changed their mind about a purchase.

Domestic Exchanges (US only)

Jezsport.com offers exchanges only on different sizes on the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed.

Jezsport.com does not offer exchanges on International orders.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Once you have received an email from us confirming your refund, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the money to reach your account.

Missing Items

First, please check the package carefully.
In most cases, the items might still be in the box. Before you get worried that some items are missing from your parcel, make sure you have thoroughly checked the packing materials. In some cases, some items are shipped separately and you would receive different tracking numbers if it is the case.

Second, contact us
If a product is missing, we can help. Please e-mail photos of the shipping label and the box with the items received, a brief description of the situation, the order number to [email protected]. We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible.

You can tell us about your missing item within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or reship.

Lost Packages

We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
